Project Manager

The candidate must have experience in Project Managing the delivering of fast paced Design/Build projects, comprising
o IP CCTV System (Internal and External).
o Fibre Optics Installation.
o PIDS (Heras Fencing).
o Standalone Access Control System.
o Intruder Alarm System.
• The candidate must have experience in managing multiple installation sub–contractors (up to four separate companies).
• The candidate must have a valid CSCS/ECS card. SMSTS/SSSTS would be an advantage.
• The candidate must be have a valid Government SC clearance status.
• The candidate will be permanently site based, and needs to live within commuting distance of the locations below, 1 No: PM is required for each site.
o Warrington.
o Birmingham (Elmdon).
o North Weald.
o Ebbsfleet.
o Ashford.

The sites are likely to commence from Monday 23rd / 30th November and run to completion on Thursday 31st December. But they should be available until Mid January '21 just in case
