In-house Legal Counsel

A leading European technology business based just outside of Manchester is recruiting in-house legal counsel to join their established team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel this is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer in practice or in-house to move to an acquisitive business at the forefront of innovation in their sector. There is also an opportunity to work towards a senior position supporting other members of the team.

The Role:

This is a varied in-house legal counsel role incorporating aspects of commercial contracts, commercial disputes, IP, IT and data protection. You will negotiate customer and supplier contracts, advise on disputes and providing support on company projects and innovations.

You:

- Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
- Strong commercial contracts background
- Excellent training, this opportunity would suit a lawyer in-house or looking for a move from private practice
