Our client is a traditional, well-established, full service firm with a nationwide presence. They are looking to bring in an experienced and skilled Employment Solicitor for their top tier Employment team.
The Firm:
- Decades of experience giving quality advice to UK citizens affected by legal troubles
- Offices located across the UK in all major cities
- The firm has a wide range of clients throughout the UK with many clients having strong international connections. We have over 150 partners and more than 800 members of staff in total.
- Assessing and advising on health and safety regulations.
- Working closely with highly experienced Partners and associates to tackle a varied client base and caseload.
- Working with minimal supervision in a demanding team environment whilst maintaining the highest of standards
- excellent prioritisation and time management skills as well as a meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to construct clear and effective arguments.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with TUPE, discrimination, employment tribunal cases, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants and general advice.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload in the most efficient manner whilst working in an extremely busy environment
- should be committed to developing existing and new client relationships and being involved in departmental and firm-wide marketing initiatives, with a view to increasing their profile and that of the department and firm.
