SENIOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
WINCHESTER, HAMPSHIRE
SALARY: £50K-£80K+ NEGOTIABLE
Following a period of continued growth, my award-winning Tier 1 & Chambers recommended client is now seeking a Senior and preferably 6+ PQE Property Solicitor / Executive to join the Winchester team.
The successful applicant will be tasked in supporting clients on matters including but not limited to sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership.
Along with Fee Earning, you will also manage the Winchester team as it looks to grow further, whilst also taking active involvement in BD and marketing activities.
Very much leading the way in the regional and often the national market, this is ideal role for a Solicitor/Associate that wishes to be placed to move into a Partnership role.
