Business Development Manager – Construction Sales – Insulation

Salary: GBP35–45k Basic plus car plus upto 30% bonus plus bens

We are recruiting an experienced sales professional from the construction sales arena, ideally within the insulation / dryling / suspended ceilings / partitioning / interior fit out sector. The role is selling a range of insulation related products, cladding, facades, roofing insulation, wall insulation etc. Selling into the large Main and SubContractors, Dryliners, Ceiling Installers, Wall & Flooring Installers. Building relations with people at all levels including the senior buyers from within the larger contractors.

You will inherit a portfolio of c. 100 customers with an annual spend of GBP8–10m.

This role is ALL about the attitude. A drive and desire to succeed. It is a busy busy role. We are looking for someone specifically from the industry – be it for a manufacturer, a distributor or a builders merchant. In return you will receive a very healthy renumeration package.

Do you have experience selling drylining materials, commercial interiors, insulation materials, suspended ceilings, partitioning, cladding, facades, systems, roofing?
