We are working with a well established, but high growth organisation who are market leaders in global online event provision via their webinar and virtual events platform.
With offices in Scotland, Northern England and the US, they currently work with major global brands to provide webinar services, and their client portfolio is growing rapidly.
Due to the continued and increasing demand, our client has a need to scale, upgrade and innovate with the existing platform. As such, they have a fantastic new opportunity for a Chief Technology Officer to join the company to drive product vision, architecture, development, testing and operations.
We are looking for a strong Leader, who can also be close to the teams and have solid experience in Amazon Web Services development and leading Agile/Scrum teams.Communication is critical to this role, and the CTO would also be comfortable meeting with customers, support the sales and operations activities and communicate with internal and external key stakeholders. An innovative approach is welcome, as the vision of how to keep our clients product at the forefront of a competitive market is critical, as also is having the ability to deliver the vision.
As the company is growing rapidly, experience of scaling engineering teams, particularly within AWS development would be very beneficial in this role.
Managing budgets, and being able to provide engaging and credible board presentations is essential.
Due to the current circumstances, the majority of the company is working remotely and this is set to continue. If you are an experienced leader, who has driven and grown a Saas product and teams then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
