Dispute Resolution Solicitor/Barrister, 3-5 PQE, Hereford -Part-time locum required for highly regarded practice with exceptional quality work.
JOB TITLE: Dispute Resolution Solicitor/Barrister PQE: 3-5 years LOCATION: Hereford
THE ROLE: A career enhancing opportunity has become available for a Commercial Litigation locum within a leading dispute resolution practice. Providing temporary cover during a particularly busy period, the successful Dispute Resolution lawyer will work alongside the existing team handling matters on behalf of national and international companies, technology companies, directors, shareholders, executors and high net worth individuals. Your caseload will range from fairly modest values to multi-million pound disputes, and will allow for exposure to highly interesting and challenging work. This role is available for commencement until approximately March 2021, and is available for 15-20 hours per week.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with around 3-5 years of experience in dispute resolution, gained within a well-respected law firm or Chambers. You will be accomplished in handling matters of varying values and from a wide variety of sectors, and will be considered a talented litigator by your peers. This role is well suited to an individual who enjoys working within a motivated team committed to building lasting working relationships with their clients. In order to be shortlisted for this role you should be available to commence a new role within the next couple of weeks and will be able to offer support until at least March 2021. You will be hands on in resolving legal issues and will be an energetic, tenacious and committed team player.
