Entrepreneurial, PE-backed creative agency with global offices is looking for a commercially and technically savvy Finance Director to join the business.

You will work closely with the Group CFO, UK and international management teams to support all commercial decision making.

This is a 3-6 month contract initially with permanent potential - interim only applications will also be considered.

Finance Director | The Role
  • Overseeing the global management pack
  • Leading the UK finance function
  • Producing the annual budget for the UK
  • Commercial negotiations, pricing, analysis and profitability review
  • Risk management - providing regular reviews and analysis to the board
  • Driving efficiencies and improving processes
  • Working with creative teams to improve commercial awareness
  • Working with regional finance teams
  • Overseeing the UK audit
  • Liaising with PE investors

Finance Director | The Person
  • Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience of working with investor-backed businesses
  • Creative or marcomms experience beneficial
  • Immediately available or on short notice
