The company (and family shareholders) look to appoint an exceptional experienced accountant as Group Finance Director (GFD) to help PenCarrie execute its strategic plans and optimise the Group’s financial performance. It is a very positive period for the company as it aims to continue its profitable growth, whilst maintaining a high degree of resilience therefore, this role is both technical and commercial. There will be involvement with all aspects of the Group which will need experience of investment strategy, taxation planning and work with internal stakeholders.
Candidates will be qualified accountants with drive, strong people skills and who want to work in a pivotal role as part of a fast-moving executive and senior management team. You will probably come from a manufacturing and logistics background, you must be accurate, commercially and strategically focused.
