(REMOTE/HOME BASED)
UP TP GBP35,000 + OTE GBP45k Uncapped + Benefits
THE COMPANY:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading outsourced call centre / virtual reception provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to build their sales team and drive the acquisition of new clients,
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager with experience in and knowledge of the Outsourced Call Centre market to join a 20 year established business at an exciting time of growth and expansion, As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for starting a solely new business focused department in the business and working closely with the Directors and other managers to on–board new clients and retain them long term.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager who is truly ambitious and keen to join a fast growing and highly reputable organisation.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ROLE:
Responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities UK wide
Sending quotations and proposals
Managing your sales pipeline and constantly identifying prospective clients and new opportunities
Looking out for clients best interest and only recommending services that will genuinely add value
Conducting Zoom & Face to Face meetings with prospects
Liaising closely with the Service Delivery teams THE PERSON:
Experience of selling Outsourced Call Centre / Outsourced Call Answering / Virtual PA services in a similar Business Development Manager / BDM / Sales Executive / Sales Manager / Field Sales / New Business role
Consultative, transparent and genuine sales style
