Managing Director

I have been retained to source an experienced Managing Director to head up a Construction Business Unit within a Group of Construction Companies. You will have full responsibility for the development, profitability, balance sheets, budgets, forecasts, and business planning for the company.

Responsible for the Management Team and operations of all staff in the office and sites across your business geography.

You will work closely with the Investor / Owner and Senior board of Directors ensuring delivery of year on year budget/forecasts in terms of profit, margin growth, cash management, while maintaining a safety and quality first approach to production.
