About the Opportunity
As a Senior Business Change Manager you willl play a key role in the Customer Service function in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
Our Senior Business Change manager focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
* Apply a structured methodology and support the Head of Customer Services Chane on leading change management activities. Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
* Asses the change impact. Conduct impact analyses, asses change readiness and identify key stakeholders
* Ensuring the appropriate analysis and agreeing of priority Customer Services change and continuous improvement activities, meeting Customer Services needs and enabling the delivery of Customer Services goals and objectives
* Overseeing, managing, or delivering the gathering, creation, and documentation of agreed business requirements, ensuring that all documentation is in place for Customer Services change
* Managing and ensuring effective end to end project management, analysis and delivery of agreed Customer Services change and continuous improvement projects across Customer Services, adhering to all agreed governance, controls, and methodologies
* Managing, developing, and implementing effective business readiness planning, ensuring the successful delivery of key strategic projects
* Support training efforts. Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programmes
* Consult and coach the wider change team
What are we looking for?
* Extensive working knowledge and/or qualified in Business Analysis/6 sigma or equivalent change methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile/Waterfall etc)
* Experience of managing and developing the performance and potential of others
* Ability to deliver in a fast–paced environment and deliver simultaneous change/improvement projects and activities
* Ability to manage and develop the performance of others to meet expectations and targets
* Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at an appropriate level
* Is analytical, pragmatic, and systematic in approach to problem solving
* Ability to manage conflict and knows when to escalate
* Able to bring a relevant and effective analytical 'toolset' and experience to Studio
* Ability to analyse requirements and processes and provide solutions, structure, gap analyses regarding project deliverables
* Self–motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team when required
* Experience of working with one or more change methodologies and practices (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
* Extensive working knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Visio; MS Project; Outlook
