Financial Controller

The One Group are seeking an experienced Financial Controller for a Kettering based business to oversea controls, compliance and operational finance.

If we define, in simple terms, the role of a financial controller, it is simply to act as head of accounting and oversee the preparation of financial reports. This position will offer you so much more.

Of course, the depth and breadth that comes with the role will still be there, you'll be heavily involved in the group payroll functions, the monthly reporting, budgeting, statutory accounts and compliance for the group.
You will be carrying out the above whilst motivating and guiding an established team and being on hand to extend that support to others within the group.

As a qualified accountant and an experienced Financial Controller/Manager, you know there is a lot more with this role. But, if you thrive on supporting others whilst implementing robust processes and mitigating risk, this could be worth finding out more.
