Head of Client Services

I am recruiting for a Norwich City Centre client of mine for a brand new exciting role of Head of Client Services. This is a full time permanent position and attracts a generous reward package.

Daily duties will include:

Lead and develop a very successful team of Account Managers
Manage team KPIs
Manage and nurture client relationships
Manage pipeline and hold regular meetings with the team to ensure success
Conduct appraisals and 1:1s where necessary
Coach and mentor the team with a view to meet team and personal KPIs
Monitor and report on team progress
Any other duties necessary to ensure the team runs successfully and meets the company values.
