With an extraordinary portfolio of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, molluscicides and plant growth regulators, ADAMA is the world's largest producer of post–patent crop protection solutions. We've grown enormously in the last five years and have no plans to stop any time soon.

We're proud of the part we play in helping UK farmers to grow the best crops they can and are looking to expand our team. Following an internal promotion we are looking to recruit a Technical Specialist.

Have you got what it takes?

As a senior leader within the ADAMA UK team you'll be accountable for the development and implementation of our commercial strategy.

Our customers' success is our success and therefore it is essential you can listen to their needs, learn how to support them and deliver the results required.

You must operate with absolute integrity and be accountable for yours and your team's decisions and results.

You'll be an effective team leader managing a team of National Account Managers and Regional Agronomy Managers ensuring monthly, quarterly, annual and long–term sales plans are achieved to deliver profitable business growth.

It is essential you understand the complexities of the UK crop protection market, and how you think it will look in years to come enabling you to plan for commercial success.
