My client is a mid-sized, ambitious and growing multi-entity commercial organisation based in Bracknell. They have experienced rapid growth, both organic and through acquisition, and they continue to develop and improve. The finance team has been strengthened over the past few years and they are now looking to recruit a Tax Manager. This individual will bring their specialist knowledge to this ever-more-complicated company and support the Group FC with advice, guidance and their technical insight.
The Tax Manager will develop the tax planning strategy, working closely with the CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, investors, external advisers and senior staff within the organisation. Over-and-above the tax-related tasks, you will also have the opportunity to support the financial reporting at certain times.
Duties will include:
You will be CTA qualified, or be a qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) accountant with extensive exposure to tax. You will have led tax issues and have managed internal and external relationships from a tax perspective. This is a busy and ambitious company and your personal aspiration to further your career will match their goals and objectives.

- Liaise and assist in the yearly tax computationEnsure current estimated tax calculations are included in monthly management accountsWork with external advisers and answer queries in relation to interest deducibility, transfer pricing, corporate interest restrictions etc.Help manage the audit process from a tax perspectiveInvestigate corporation tax compliance software solutionsCalculating quarterly instalment payments and ensuring paid on timeManaging the administration of the tax groupEnsuring non-tax group corporation tax liabilities are paid on time
