Job Overview
Reporting to the Project Director and leading the team in the co–ordination of a number of tasks within the work site and completing planned works to budget, safely and within set timescales.
Maintaining a high standard in all areas of engagement including the client, suppliers, contractors, stakeholders, partners (internally or externally) Policies & Procedures.Responsibilities
Undertake the role of Project Bids Manager on all tenders nominated by the Project Director.
Responsible for the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and programme.
Preparation of the project Cost Performance Review and Contract Monthly End Sales documents.
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the client, contractors & suppliers at all levels throughout the project.
Ensure that all site reportable incidents are recorded and managed appropriately.Requirements
Experience in leading a large, evolving, multi–disciplinary team.
Association of Project Managers accredited training course.
Completion & qualification of various Environmental courses.
Successful record of safely delivering projects to time, cost and quality
Proven developer of teams
Ambitious, motivated and able to take accountability
Must have experience of delivering systems controls projects
