Interim Software Project Manager

The Redline Group have a unique opportunity for an experienced Interim Software Project Manager to take on both an exciting and challenging role with an emerging engineering client working on high–tech proprietary comms.

Working remotely, your task is to provide direction and support to a small Software team who have been extremely busy with key new engineering projects. They require a fresh pair of eyes to review any issues, provide potential solutions and work collaboratively to implement them.

You will have experience of working within an embedded engineering development environment, familiar with a range of languages and more importantly software methodologies to assist in effective and timely development.

Key Skills Required, Interim Software Project Manager – Remote Working:
– Experience of working within an engineering company and a knowledge of the environment, challenges, demands etc.
– Proven experience of auditing software teams and providing solutions to remedy any issues. In addition to this, experience in implementing those changes with clear communication and support
– Experience in the management of small teams of skilled engineers
– Experienced in the implementation of processes and systems for best practice
