Opportunity for an experienced sales leader/director to join an established manufacturing business.
Working with improving the performance of the sales and key account team, aligning them with the company vision and tuning into the needs of the customers. This role will work with UK based, European, and Global OEM customers – having a depth of experience in the field will be essential. There is serious progress to be made, and a high performing individual with room presence would be very welcome.
You will have autonomy of the sales function, with a heavy influence on the marketing and product development teams.
It is essential you have an engineering 'brain' and understand the technical aspect of the product and customer requirements.
