The Role
You will be dealing with a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work for a top tier client base. A lot of the work is complex advisory work so you should ideally have gained experience at a large national or L500 firm and be used to dealing with a good range of clients. Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous for this role as you will sit between a highly regarded Partner and junior Associates and support staff.
You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair. The team take a modern, forward thinking approach and the firm promote a people focused culture, known for their friendly approach. Their client base consists of national and international PLCs as well as major regional employers.

- An Employment Solicitor with 3 years + PQE (Senior Associates with higher PQE are encouraged to apply)
- Experience of transactional advisory and contentious work
