OVERVIEW:
- This role is available on a locum basis and is an ASAP start. The role will continue until at least the beginning of 2021.
- This role has the potential to be extended, but is for a minimum of 3 months within a busy local authority.
- The caseload will consists of a Commercial property matters and you should be able to give advice, representation and support in relation to property manners as well as building and maintaining effective relationships with key clients on behalf of the service and the division and being accountable for the quality and level of services provided to them.
- Ideally the candidate should have prior experience within a local authority or in-house organisation.
- This role will be 100% remote working, with a one off need to travel to the office to collect IT equipment needed to carry out the role effectively.
- This Local Authority are looking for qualified solicitors/ legal executives who are able to hit the ground running with a full and busy caseload of files.
