Finance Director

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Finance Director for a leading professional services firm in their field based in Manchester. The firm are looking to grow exponentially over the next 5 years and as a result will require a number 1 in finance to deliver strategic growth.

The company has seen significant organic growth over the past few years (including 2020) and will now be looking to advance through multiple acquisitions over this period across all specialist legal verticals. Reporting directly to the MD you will be adding valuable commercial insight, investor relations and financial strategy to the organisation.

The role

Once in the Finance Directors post you will, managing and developing a small team and taking control of the following areas from head office:

Key responsibilities

Managing the preparation and delivery of budgets, forecasts and analysis
Implementing the company's finance strategy
Lead on due diligence and assist in negotiations with potential vendors
Liaise with investors
Financial integration of acquired company's
Financial Modelling

The Finance Director will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified and a strong communicator, used to dealing directly with senior stakeholders. You will be adding commercial insight, modelling of strategies and financial direction to an organisation already on a strong upward growth curve..
