Project Manager / Senior Site Manager – Immediate Start – Manchester – Main Contractor
The opportunity:
You will be working with one of Manchester's leading construction firms on a large new build scheme managing a GBP15m package of works. This project is underway but has a urgent requirement for a experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a background in groundworks and steel frame. You will be managing sub contractors, H & S and is a hands on role. The successful candidate will be reporting into a site based Senior Project Manager.
Skills / Experience:
CSCS essential
SMSTS essential
First Aid desirable but not essential
Experience with a main contractor on large new build projects
It is key that you can demonstrate a strong background with steel frames and managing groundworks.
Be available to start Monday / Tuesday.
