Chief Executive Officer

We have a unique opportunity for a Chief Executive Officer to join this innovative and visionary business, with a global reach.

Reporting to the Chairman, and leading a small senior UK based team with big ideas and high expectations, you will lead by example and ensure that your team works hard, encourages ideas, celebrates success and fosters personal growth. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be accountable for leading and delivering the overall business strategy; the vision, goals and measurable outcomes that deliver quality HR technology solutions aligned to worldwide market requirements and generate sustainable growth.

You will be accountable for P&L, lead new and existing investor relationships, look at funding options and align resources to achieve strategic and operational goals of the business, using market knowledge and established networks to strengthen your brand and lead external engagements with partners around the world. You will provide day to day coaching to the Senior Leadership team, advising them on critical strategic and operational decisions, whilst continuously reviewing the business environment and strategic capabilities and limitations of the company.

An experienced Chief Executive Officer with experience of leading and scaling an SME in the HR technology and people analytics industry, from a business with a global reach, you will have a deep knowledge and understanding of HR software marketplace and an established network of relationships with key players in the industry. You will have proven success of driving growth, profitability and company value as well as experience of building and leading high performing teams, encompassing operational, technical and sales functions.

You will be a motivating and engaging leader who can earn trust and respect from a wide variety of global constituents. You will be committed to the journey; achieving the company goals, breaking down barriers, and continuously exploring new strategies and approaches for success. Alongside this, you will have the ability to manage a demanding workload with a high level of responsibility and competing priorities – including monthly international and UK based travel.
