My client is leading organisation operating within the Facilities Management & Outsourced Services sector. They are now looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of Finance Director.
Within the Finance Director role you will be responsible for working closely with the senior management team, managing a finance team who look after a division with ambitious growth plans. You will work closely with the Managing Director to drive, define and implement strategy, ensuring tight financial controls are in place and that the business is run within agreed financial targets. You will also be involved in tendering for wider business, further commercial negotiations with clients and ensuring contracts are managed effectively, costs minimized and that profit and growth targets are met.
To succeed in the role you will be a qualified accountant with an excellent track record within a senior finance role. Strong communication skills are essential as is previous experience of dealing in the Facilities Management & Outsourced Services or associated sectors. A track record of financially supporting diverse international contracts is also required.
