GBP95,000 to GBP100,000 + Car + Benefits
As we head into another lockdown at least there is something positive to come out of it.
One of the most challenging and complex sites in the UK is looking for a Site Director to drive a cultural change from a long standing and unionised workforce.
Following recent change in the business, they are looking at a fresh, forward thinking and entrepreneurial character to come into a business that is constantly looking to develop and improve their processes.
Looking after all site functions means that you will need to be diverse and dynamic in your approach. You'll be down on the shop floor, rolling your sleeves up, truly understanding the process while being able to strategise and work closely with the senior team to develop long term business plans.
To be completely honest with you, we are not looking for someone to fill a seat with and see out the rest of their career in the same role. This needs someone who is on the up in their career, has delivered as Site Director / Operations Director and is looking for the chance to further develop into the next Group manager / director.
