A national law firm leading in Healthcare, are seeking a Barrister for their Regulatory team in Birmingham
You will act for regulatory bodies involved in the field of professional discipline in the health and legal sectors. The firm act for over 200 clients including all forms of NHS provider and commission near organisations and medical malpractice insurers.
The work largely involves presenting cases and also managing an investigatory caseload and preparing cases for hearings. The firm are looking to grow the barrister team with opportunities to appear in the High Court on appeals from decisions of the regulators and sometimes judicial reviews.
