Position: Customer Service Project Manager
Business Unit: Kier Living
Sub location: Exeter
Contract: FTC (12 months)

Overview:
Kier Living are looking for a Customer Service Project Manager to join our Customer Service Team
Responsibilities:
Work with the Head of Customer Service to provide up–to–date information to the business regarding active and legacy sites in Cornwall;
To manage and deliver the reduction of retention's and bonds in Cornwall;
Management of technician resource in Cornwall to deliver the above;
Oversee the resolution of defects on Cornwall sites, ensuring that timescales are met;
Undertake quality inspections and oversee completion of any identified works;
Plan and manage the project works prior to commencement;
Work with the Sales, Construction and other business departments to ensure that our customers needs, and requirements are represented at all times;
Ensuring compliance at all times with Kier Group Health & Safety procedures and that works are carried out in a safe and controlled manner.
Knowledge and skills:
Have face–to–face customer service experience
House building knowledge and experience
Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, remaining calm in a crisis and prioritising tasks accordingly
Embrace change and strive to for continuous improvement
Work independently, take initiative and make informed decisions
Have a friendly, professional and polite manner person
Have an ability to solve problems; able to overcome challenges and obstacles
Have strong communication skills and an ability to develop relationships both internally and externally
Have good IT skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Eligibility to work in the UK
Hold a full UK drivers licence
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
