HR Business Partner – Derbyshire
Previous experience in a Manufacturing / Industrial / Logistics environment
Permanent – GBP40,000 per annum + 10% bonus + Private Healthcare
This well–established growing business is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner on a temporary to permanent basis. This will be a challenging role that will suit a strong HR generalist with a wide range of experience in the manufacturing or logistics environment. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for the following
Meetings with each of the senior managers on a weekly basis to discuss any local issues
Key areas that call for support, direction and risk mitigation include
Recruitment / disciplinaries / dismissals
Industrial relations
Performance issues
Structural changes
Involved in strategic HR projects across the business
Develop strong credible relationships with the management team
Manage resourcing activities for both temporary labour and permanent headcount growth
The HR Business Partner will need the following skills to be considered for this role:
Previous HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing / engineering or industrial / Logistics environment
The successful HR Business Partner will have a strong HR generalist background and great communication skills to be able to partner with a range of senior and operational managers/directors on a daily basis.
Strong character that is confident in dealing with people that may be resistant to change
Effective coaching skills
Capable to adapt in fast moving situations
