We are currently looking for 2 Business Analyst/BA candidates with Product Management experience and industry sector experience within the Advisory/Wealth Management domain for our client, a Leading provider of Financial Software Solutions to the IFA Wealth Management Industry. This amazing role is due to a period of natural growth. The Ideal Candidate will have experience working in Hybrid Business Analyst and Product Owner/Manager roles. The successful Business Analyst/BA will join a fun, multi-disciplinary, Agile team to help on a range of projects. This is an amazing permanent opportunity based in London, offering a Salary of up to GBP60,000 per annum with excellent benefits.

The Role

This Business Analyst/BA position role could be considered a hybrid positon with a foot print within both business analysis and product management. This will be a client facing role, liaising with both technology teams within the business as well as that of the client. Responsibilities will include acting as the product owner in the analysis and design of client and production implementations, write effective user stories with clear acceptance criteria so that large product change can be broken down into smaller changes allowing delivery to customer groups to be sooner, project participation, stakeholder management, engage with engineering teams and ensure implementations run smoothly.

The Person

The successful Business Analyst/BA will have strong commercial business analysis experience gained within the wealth advisory space, perhaps have led or mentored a team of Junior Analysts, previous product management expertise, have good customer/client facing experience, have previously taken ownership of functional area deliverables. Finally, you will have experience of dealing with both technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
