Business analyst is required to join a leading Fintech company based in London. The company are looking for a technical business analyst who can effectively work with internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and putting together effective user stories for the development & QA teams. The company have built complex technical products and are looking for a business analyst to be an integral part of new developments in the future. The successful business analyst will have a strong technical understanding and be able to effectively push back to business stakeholders regarding technology in a constructive manner. Previous experience working with development teams is essential and experience working with Jira and confluence. Skills and responsibilities:

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops and surveys.
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
