CORPORATE SOLICITOR - NQ+
Due to expansion our client in Cheltenham is looking to recruit a Solicitor to the Corporate Team are looking for an ambitious and driven Solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE).
The role
The FirmsCorporate team is growing and is looking for a Solicitor with Corporate or transactional experience to join them. The team is made up of deal-focussed and commercially minded Corporate lawyers, doing City quality work from our base in the Cotswolds.
They are ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500 and regularly advise alongside highly ranked City law firms and other professional advisers. You will report into and work alongside a Partner in the team, assisting on M&A and shareholder agreements alongside other Corporate work.
About you
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven and will possess a can-do attitude. You will be commercially minded, client focussed and a team player. Excellent technical skills and attention to detail are key for success in this role.
You will be supported to learn and progress by a firm passionate about training and development. This is a superb opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor looking to expand their skill set and gain experience in a successful and dedicated team.
