Our client's excellent Family team is highly regarded throughout the South West. With a reputation for excellence, this team of experts offer the full raft of Family services. They currently have a rare opportunity for a 3+PQE lawyer to join their Bristol team, who handle a range of work including high net worth financial proceedings, divorce and civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation, private law children matters and domestic abuse.

About you

We are looking for a highly skilled family lawyer; proficient in providing timely solutions to complex and high value privately funded matters. Likely expertise will include Divorce and Civil Partnership, Private law children matters, financial claims on behalf of children, cohabitee disputes over property and cohabitation agreements, financial separation and prenuptial agreements.

You will ideally be a Resolution member, ascribing to the same code of practice and standards. You will be comfortable handling your own caseload and working on your own initiative and generating your own work with a good level of energy and enthusiasm.

This is a development opportunity, and would ideally suit an ambitious associate, looking to join a team with plenty of scope for progression. Whilst this role is Bristol based, it is envisaged that you will be working in the office 2-3 days per week.
