Unquoted Search are currently seeking an established Finance Director for one of our PE clients.Due to theirrecent acquisition of an engineering services business in Leedsthey’re looking to bolster the current senior management team. This is an exciting proposition to be the first finance professional to be hired since the buy-out and help the business achieve their long-term goal.
To secure this Finance Director position the client is looking for someone who can primarily focus on growth. BAU aspects will be managed via the current team but it is important this person takes accountability for the professionalisation of the full function. Our client’s preference is to find someone who has previously managed a team through the transition period of a recent buy-out.
This exciting challenge is geared towards an individual who wants to work closely with Investors and continue to build their career within the PE portfolio arena.
