c. £60k + Equity + Flexible working
An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious finance professional to join a fast growing, entrepreneur-led, British luxury brand as Head of Finance. You will work closely with the founder and the wider team to help deliver our ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work across all areas of the business, see their actions immediately help to grow and develop the business, play a key role in future fundraising, and move into a senior management role and help build a successful team as the business continues to grow.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Based in West London, Richard Brendon (RB) launched in 2013 to create contemporary and timeless tableware, produced entirely by master craftspeople. RB are on a mission to preserve and regenerate heritage craft industries, including The Potteries in Stoke-on-Trent.
RB work with many of the best hotels, restaurants and retailers in the world, including Harrods, Selfridges, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, Gleneagles, The Corinthia London and many more. RB is a high growth business, achieving an increase in revenue from £200k in 2016 to over £1m in 2019, and we plan to keep growing quickly by expanding our product ranges and moving into new markets.
The past year has been an exciting one for finance at RB with the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP Business One) and the successful completion of our first round of financing through Crowdcube. With funding in place, RB is poised to grow rapidly with plans to increase annual turnover to £8 - £10m by 2026.
