We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to provide business partnering across a broad range of Functional Leaders within Kier Group Services (KGS) which includes: Finance, IT, Procurement, MarComms, SHEA, Legal and HR and our Property business.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you'll advise and guide key stakeholders to support business delivery and promote our Performance Excellence strategy across KGS and Property. You'll be part of a small customer–centric HR team, engaged to deliver a high–quality partnering service, managing resources, building capability and to drive innovation. You'll also conduct change management and ensure a strong culture of inclusivity, engagement and positive employee relations. You'll work collaboratively with the COEs to provide specialist support on initiatives such as talent and succession planning, organisational development and performance management.
What are we looking for?
You'll be degree qualified, or qualified through experience in a HR related discipline and demonstrable experience in HR delivery across a medium/large scale organisation. You'll have strong relationship skills, a proven track record of building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and an up to date knowledge of employment legislation. You'll be able to adapt to changing business priorities and have a solid understanding of talent management and succession planning to support business growth.
