The role is predominantly a Commercial role but the solicitor will need to undertake other areas of in house legal work

The main responsibilities of the role will be undertaking Commercial work. Commercial work will include drafting and advising on commercial and collaborative agreements with a diverse range of partners.
If anyone has got State Aid or experience in software licensing / AI that would be beneficial but not essential

The salary for the role will be commensurate with the candidates level of experience
At the moment and for the foreseeable future the role will be home based
