A social enterprise with a difference is looking for a new Head of Finance. The Head Office is in Central London, however, there will be consideration for the successful candidate to work remotely full time.
The Head of Finance will take responsibility for financial management systems, staff and reporting for the Group. Key responsibilities include:
The Head of Finance will take responsibility for financial management systems, staff and reporting for the Group. Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising added value activities and managing costs
- Being a trusted adviser and business partner by providing reliable, insightful, timely financial performance information/commentary
- Supporting Management Teams and Boards, including attending key meetings
- Taking ownership of budgeting and financial forecasting
- Generating continuous improvements, whilst maintaining a stable accounting function
- A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience of implementing new accounting systems and financial processes
- Commercially aware and accustomed to ensuring strong financial control
- Strong communicator, able to work with both finance and non-finance stakeholders including company Board of Directors
