THE ROLE
An opportunity has arose within the LTPA portfolio office for a Project Manager. The role is responsible for safe delivery of complex LTPA Investment Projects in order to deliver defined business and customer benefits. The role also provides a focus for the effective management of cross cutting LTPA investments that span various domains.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Project Manager is responsible for safe delivery of complex LTPA Investment Projects in order to deliver defined business and customer benefits. The role also provides a focus for the effective management of cross cutting LTPA investments that span various domains.
You will generate accurate work load forecasts to support resource planning within the business and functions.
As Project Manager, you will develop and maintain key project documents including Project Management Plan, Risk Register and Project Reporting Pack.
THE FIT
The Project Manager must have experience within Defence and Security.
As Project Manager, you should have knowledge of other functional disciplines related to project delivery (e.g. time, cost, schedule.)
You must have an understanding of budgeting and resource allocation.
