A South West NHS Trust are recruiting for an interim Human Resources Business Partner with previous NHS experience, to cover one of their largest Divisions.
Main responsibilities will include:
Providing a professional, strategic HR service to the division, ensuring up to date expert, consistent advice, support and practice covering all staff;
Providing effective transactional and expert services in conjunction with other senior members of HR & OD;
To embed good HR performance practice within the division, including reporting on key workforce KPIs and taking appropriate action;
Supporting the formulation and delivery of the NHS People Plan and Staff Survey action plans;
Participating in the review and updating of HR policies.
A successful candidate will have:
HR Business Partner experience within an NHS organisation;
Highly developed interpersonal skills with credibility and influence at a senior level;
Experience of developing and reviewing policies and procedures;
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
