My client a fast–growing SaaS Fin–tech require a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the team. If successful, you will be required to engage, support and develop customers within the Financial industry using a highly configurable product.

Our client provides cloud–based SaaS solution to clients within the Financial Services industry including investment banks, investment institutions and research providers. The platform allows organisations to manage their client and provider relationships and consume financial research whilst gaining insight into operational data and comply with market regulation. This is an opportunity to work for a fast growing Fin–tech.

Description

??? Act as key project POC and lead with client during a typical implementation project
??? Identify and secure the people resources needed on an ongoing basis
??? Lead the delivery team and advise the customer of the best course throughout
??? Manage and control the scope, timescales and resources
??? Manage the activities, dependencies and deliverable's throughout
??? Report on a project including budgetary control
??? Handle risks and issues and mitigation action plans
??? Identify and deal with a project or deliverable that goes off course
??? Documenting requirements, potential solutions, and other project delivery documents
??? Working internally with the Development/technical teams
??? Undertake companies Salesforce configurations for investigating solutions and for
client demo purposes
??? Undertake demos, training to support project roll–outs, post roll–out special care
support

Profile

My client is seeking a skilled and professional PM / BA with experience of delivering system implementations within the Investment Banking sector or experience of delivering Salesforce based system implementations.

The duties between PM/BA will be 70/30 in favour of PM but will be subject to change as per the customers needs.

Other duties include:

Minimum two years experience of working with IBs as a PM / BA (within a bank or vendor)
Strong communication skills – project and business analysis workshop skills with the ability to produce high–quality documentation
Proven track record in delivering real projects which you have run
Leadership and presentation skills
Ability of managing project schedules and workload within a collaborative team framework
A hands–on approach to delivery
Technical configuration experience, ideally within a CRM system
Salesforce Administration and configuration experience
Familiarity with sell–side Sales, Research and Investor Relations processes
