Our client is a very successful Contractor requiring a Project Manager to deliver Groundworks and RC Frame projects on a long term contract.
As Project Manager you would have;
* SMSTS, CSCS Black Card or White Card, 1st Aid
* Minimum 5 – 10 years experience building RC Frames
* Managing sites from GBP5m to GBP15m
As a Project Manager you will be able to;
* deliver projects on time/budget
* manage construction programme
* liaise with design and commercial team
* ensure quality and h&s
* manage client relationship and site management team
