Our client is a highly regarded and well respected property and construction consultancy based inthe City of London who have an enviable track record of not only delivery but also repeat business and pushing the boundaries in terms of value engineering.
It is this reputation that sees them in a very solid position right now and seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager ( or experienced project manager or PM ) to join their solid PM team.
They are at the forefront of Project Management and are regularly in the press for the work they get involved in.
The ideal Senior Project Manager of Project Manager should have a demonstrable track record in delivery within a similar Construction Consultancy and as this is very much a client facing position, you should also be comfortable leading a team as well as property facing into a client and managing projects.
You should also have experience in delivering a project from inception through to completion and ideally some Residential experience, although our client is willing to be flexible on sector background – unfortunately NO Infrastructure or Civils.
As a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager you will be an extension of the client and as such be able to manage problemsm be dynamic and self starter.
