Our client is looking for an outstanding Project Manager to deliver a GBP19million scheme in Perivale, West London.
The project is a development of apartments for a Housing Association client and will consist of 60+ apartments.
You will be the No1 on the development and will be responsible for day to day production, planning and programming of works using ASTA, management of all site personnel and will be required to run progress meetings to the Managing Director & Construction Director.
You will currently be working for a Main Contractor and will have experience delivering complex city centre schemes. The business is proud of its quality and attention to detail and the Senior Project Manager will take ownership of the scheme and lead the team in accordance with the company's philosophy.
The ideal Project Manager will have extensive experience managing residential projects from inception through to completion and will have excellent IT skills including ASTA, MS Projects. Coming from a trade or academic background, you will have experience of working for a Main Contractor on Affordable Housing schemes.
