Head of Customer Service Excellence (Homebased)

Back yourself as a customer service expert able to constantly deliver outstanding customer service?

If so we have a new position that may be for you, we're looking for someone from an Energy background who can lead a team who will constantly be looking to make improvements to a multi–channel customer service function. You'll do this utilising tools like six sigma and the analysis of data to make informed decisions on these improvements.

Essential Skills:

Energy industry experience
History delivery excellent customer service and leading projects around improvements
Ability to use methodologies such as Six Sigma
Comfortable bringing together reports and data
A proactive, passionate and motivated personality
