Business Development Manager – Automatic/Industrial doors

A growing, family run automatic/industrial door company are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to assist with their continued expansion. This is a great opportunity for an industry professional to contribute to a thriving business. In return you can expect a package which includes a basic salary of up to GBP35K and an OTE of GBP45K.

To be considered for this Business Development Manager role you must have:

A proven, successful track record within sales in either the automatic or industrial door industry
A broad knowledge of the door industry
Ability to accurately forecast sales on a monthly basis
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as remotely
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly understand the company's product range service offering automatic swing/slide and industrial doors
High energy and strong self–motivationResponsibilities for this Business Development Manager role:

Put forward ideas which will help the business continue to grow
Work proactively to keep a busy sales pipeline
Identify & secure new customers and develop ongoing relationships
Get the most out of existing accounts and maintain customer relationships
Think strategically to develop a territory business plan
Organise visits to key and prospective clientsIn return, you will receive a competitive package which includes:
