Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Court of Protection Lawyer to join a highly rated department.
The role is due to growth and we are looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to manage a caseload and supervise junior members of the team.
Cases include Deputyships, IHT planning and applications for statutory wills.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with extensive experience in Court of Protection. STEP qualification would be desirable.
