Project / Service Delivery Manager
Manchester
GBP40K basic + Bonus
Ashley James Technology are currently working on behalf of a high growth, award winning software development company who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager to join them in their new Manchester city centre offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an impressive client list including AOcom, Trainline and Compare the Market.
Responsibilities;
– Ensuring the high–quality delivery of service to the client base (10–12 accounts)
–Building relationships both internally with the delivery team and externally
– Identify growth opportunities
– Weekly reporting
– Regular international travel
– Contract neg. / reviews / expansions
You will be/have;
– The ability to liaise between clients and delivery teams
– A consultative business approach
– Experience in a similar acc man, pre–sales, service delivery function
– Desire to grow and develop within a fast paced company
