Your New Role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will represent regional and national property developers on the acquisition, disposal and management of:
- Development sites
- Factories
- Individual estates
- Investment properties
- Retail outlets
Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors who demonstrate:
- The ability to complete often complex matters in a timely manner with an emphasis on quality
- Ideally 5+ years' PQE, though those with 3+ years will be considered also
- The ability to build and maintain client relationships in a way that is facilitated by knowledge of the regional market
On offer for the Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
- £55,000 - £80,000 per annum
