This full service US law firm has a new opportunity for a junior to mid-level Corporate Associate to join their busy practice. The team advises on a broad range of corporate work including public and private M&A, equity capital markets and venture capitals transactions, reverse takeovers, cross-border M&A and JVs.
They represent clients across financial services, FinTech, retail, pharma and technology amongst other sectors and have built themselves a formidable reputation across the US, African, Middle East and European markets.
